Control a teammate's Mac in a call

When a colleague in the call uses Teletype for Mac, you can ask to control their Mac from the call's ⋯ menu. They see your request and choose Allow or Deny. Nothing happens until they agree.

The whole Mac, every screen

Control covers the whole Mac, not a single window. If it has several displays, switch between them from the Screens menu. The person sharing always sees who is in control and can stop it at any moment.

The first time, macOS asks to let Teletype in under Accessibility and Screen Recording. The request card says exactly which setting macOS is waiting for and opens System Settings for you.
